In addition, Gary Easterwood has elected to resign as President and CEO effective immediately. Gary will remain involved as President and CEO of Third Stone Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary. The Board of Directors appointed Walter Speck to fill the vacancy of President and CEO of the company.
