There are no lawsuits involving Matt Dwyer or BCAP, I SAY AGAIN THERE ARE NO LAWSUITS INVOLVING MATT OR THE COMPANY!!! Just because someone says they are involved in some kind of “my third cousins’ sisters’ brother” kind of way does not make it so. Check all the dockets, OFFICIAL COURT DOCUMENTS (not the copy and paste photo shopped junk some would like to present) and you will find NADDA, SQUAT, ZILCH! Which coincidently is the same amount of weight I would give any of their statements. It is all made up garbage! Now for the list, which by the way can be verified by legal docs and such.
1. Baron Capital will uplist to the OTCBB.
2. Baron Capital’s SS will remain the same for the next two years. NO A/S RAISES AND NO R/S. Just so you all know he doesn’t need anyone else to vote he has the numbers already, he just wanted to get a general consensus of the common shareholders. So watch for filings on that also!!
3. Baron Capital will NOT go to no-bid! We have heard this nonsense for almost four months now. THE PROOF IS IN THE PUDDIN BOYS LMAO. So my question to you is how long is SOON?
4. Baron Capital is almost finished with its audit(which some here said would never happen) yet another epic FAIL by the “DD EXPERTS” ?
5. To address the supposed DTCC Chill, well again THE RPROOF IS IN THE PUDDIN! Everyday companies are shut down and yet the Depository Trust has not even begun to think of shutting down Baron! Why, you might ask? Well, simply put THERE IS NO REASON FOR IT! We are working with accredited auditors(who are SEC approved) to make all the info available to become a fully reporting entity. So, why would they look at a perfectly legit company.
6. Matt has not introduced any new shares into the market Since November of last year. So all the nonsense about his “share selling scam” is just that RUBBISH.
7. Baron Capital has held strong at 3 for over four months now. Yes, there has been a few days that have seen a down tic, but they were just pathetic attempts to shake out week shares. To me this is just more proof that the people who have been trying to keep this stock down in this range so they can afford to flip it are running out of shares to do so. When we hit new levels after the next PR this will end because the small time boys trying to do this simply don’t have the income to keep up.

The Company's audit is moving along with the goal of delivering 2007 through 2011 to the auditors within the next few weeks for their review. Once the auditors have completed their review of years 2007 through 2010 the Company will begin working with its counsel on the S1 filing.
The Company has selected a building in downtown Fort Lauderdale for its new headquarters and is working with the architects to finish the design layout so the Company can occupy the space by August of 2012.
The Company is seeking a legal opinion which will allow it to write-off a large portion of the debt on its books from prior management adding to the previous announced write down for the quarter.
The Company intends to file Restated Articles with the State of Florida showing the Company has Authorized Common Stock of 2.4 Billion and 5 Million Authorized shares of Preferred Stock. The Company has received approval from the Preferred control group, but would like the Common shareholders to participate in the vote as well. The Company has already received approval from over 40% of the Common shareholders.
This will ensure the Company does not increase the Authorized shares of the Common stock for two years and does not create any other class of stock that could convert into the Common stock for two years. This will also give shareholders peace of mind that the Company will not effect any type of reverse split during the same period.
