Hi, Intergracer. I am in exactly the same situation as you. However, it is not quite as bad as it seems at first sight. He said, after putting me on hold, that the email message actually refers to new or prospective clients. If you are already an account holder, those restrictions don't apply. In practical terms, they don't, because I bought two lots of HIMR yesterday and the price, of course, was one fifteenth of the stated limit for those wanting to open an account NOW with the clearing agent (Vision).
