Talari Networks Partners With Top Avaya Channel Solutions

NACR, named 2012 Avaya U.S. Services Partner of the Year, has incorporated Talari's family of Mercury APN (Adaptive Private Networking) WAN appliances into its portfolio of solutions to enhance the collaboration, contact center and data communication experience for its 5,500+ customers, including more than 40 percent of the Fortune 100 companies in the U.S.

With minimal changes in network settings, these contact centers can replace their CNA and gain the same feature benefits of network traffic monitoring and best path selection decisions in failover from unavailable/low-performing paths to the better network path, with higher resiliency and better QoS.
