Yes I remember that too but can't remember who mentioned Socius probably being used as a bargaining chip. IMO if they were going to go with Socius they would have already used it to start Phase 3.  No doubt the money from JT and the warrants from EPIC were to keep Elite moving until a partner was announced or we sold Novel, without diluting. I have to believe that EPIC knows exactly what is going on and like what they see since they keep pumping cash into Elite's treasury.  They are aiming for a partner and have been all along, IMO. I don't think we'll get a partnership announcement along with the patent PR but if something is close to being signed and sealed, just waiting on the 2nd patent, something could possibly happen around June, if they are on this time scale I'm using. I could be completely off with this. Remember everything takes forever in this sector, so add a few months onto everything, haha.

Regarding Phentermine and Naltrexone, the only way I see the PPS moving substantially from those launches is if in the PR it mentions we will now be CFP moving forward. Those 2 launches should get us back into the .10-.15 range. Real movements and price stability above .25 or whatever will only happen once they show CFP once again. I'm fine with that. I'm here for the home runs. Becoming CFP is great but I much prefer to hear about our ART...that's where the real money is.
