As has happened many times before, long suffering longs start pissing and moaning for more info from management because we have the right to know what’s going on. Theory is that will attract more new investors and pump up the share price. And so eventually the company comes out with very positive news, and the share price responds.
Maybe new investors see the rise and jump in and buy some shares. I’m not a new investor, but I bought shares on Oct 20 at .2665. Ten days later the share price is .22, a drop of 20%. Am I happy? No. Would a new investor be happy? Don’t think so. But my commitment has me believing that the purchase will eventually prove to be a good one. Not sure if a new investor would feel the same.
Do you know who else likes to see the company keep everyone informed about exactly where things stand? Shorts, Day Traders and Market Makers. It gives them all the info they need to manipulate the share price with confidence. If you are a long suffering long and truly believe in LL, why do you need more info? Instead, what you need is confidence that management is doing what needs to be done. Dr Jay has made it clear that we investors can cause more harm than good when we try to “help” the company by approaching the FDA, Trump, Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, Elon Musk, RFK, etc. I believe that’s why management is reluctant to give us too much info. Dr Jay knows the path to success is through the FDA so he is carefully navigating through the process.
As has been said by the experts on this board, here are some of the things that can permanently move the share price:
1. An indication from the FDA that shows a belief in LL. It could be a BTD, AA, or some other form.
2. A solid partnership with a substantial individual or company.
3. A buyout offer from a company that doesn’t look like they’re trying to steal LL.
There may be others, but trial results, as good as they may be, are probably not going to move the share price substantially.
By the way, I voted all my shares in support of the company on all questions. I know a bunch of you don’t agree with what I did, but we must all vote according to what we think is best for ourselves and the company.
