PART 1 ~ When VeeMost's proposed crypto launchpad evolves
PART 1 ~ When VeeMost's proposed crypto launchpad evolves into a fully operational business segment, it has the potential to surpass the scale of CDW's entire E-Rate procurement business. The reason is straightforward: procurement and consulting firms generally grow in proportion to headcount, while successful technology platforms can scale exponentially. Once the platform is built, each additional customer can be onboarded with minimal incremental cost, allowing revenue growth to outpace staffing growth. VeeMost's procurement business is already heavily AI-automated, but a successful launchpad platform could operate at an entirely different scale.
That said, investors should separate three stages:
Stage 1: Crypto Launch Pad as a Service
A launch pad could be used to help companies:
Launch utility tokens
Tokenize real-world assets
Conduct compliant fundraising
Manage investor onboarding and KYC
Distribute tokens
Create blockchain-based loyalty or rewards programs
In this model, VeeMost could generate:
Setup fees
Consulting revenue
Compliance fees
Ongoing platform subscriptions
A few customers might produce only hundreds of thousands of dollars annually.
Stage 2: Tokenization Platform
This is where things get interesting.
Potential use cases:
Real estate tokenization
Equipment financing
Government procurement tracking
Supply chain verification
Education funding projects
Small-business capital raising
Instead of earning a one-time consulting fee, VeeMost could earn:
Platform subscriptions
Transaction fees
Asset management fees
Marketplace commissions
This model creates recurring revenue.
For example:
100 customers paying $500/month = $600,000/year
500 customers paying $500/month = $3 million/year
1,000 customers paying $500/month = $6 million/year
Before transaction fees are even considered.
Stage 3: Marketplace Integration
The really interesting possibility is if the launch pad integrates with:
VeeStore
VeeBids
Government procurement
Vendor financing
Imagine a vendor bidding on a project through VeeBids and financing it through tokenized assets on the same ecosystem.
That's the type of interconnected platform model investors typically assign much higher valuation multiples to.
Reality Check
Right now, however, the market generally values VMST based on:
E-Rate revenue
IT procurement
Existing contracts
Actual reported earnings
The crypto launch pad remains largely a future opportunity until management demonstrates:
A working platform
Customers
Transaction volume
Recurring revenue
Without those items, it has potential but little measurable value.
My VMST View
For VMST specifically, I think:
E-Rate and traditional contracts drive valuation today.
VeeStore, VeeBids, and VeeShield could be meaningful growth for the near future.
A successful crypto launch pad would likely be the highest-upside initiative because software/platform revenues can carry margins of 60% to 90%+, compared with much lower margins in procurement businesses.
If VeeMost's launchpad eventually generates $2 million to $5 million per quarter in recurring, high-margin platform fees, the market would likely begin valuing the company as a software platform rather than primarily as a consulting and procurement business. Platform revenue is often awarded higher valuation multiples because it is recurring, scalable, and less dependent on headcount growth.
For example, $2 million to $5 million in quarterly recurring revenue equates to approximately $8 million to $20 million annually. If those revenues carry strong margins and demonstrate sustained growth, they could rival or exceed the profitability of VeeMost's current core operations. In that scenario, investors may focus less on the company's consulting revenue and more on the long-term platform opportunity.
The real upside would emerge if the launchpad evolves beyond a simple service offering into a widely adopted tokenization marketplace. At that point, the value proposition shifts from selling labor to operating infrastructure that facilitates transactions at scale. Successful marketplaces and platforms can grow significantly faster than traditional consulting businesses because each additional customer or transaction requires comparatively little incremental cost.
But wait, we are not done yet!
If you're looking at it from a valuation perspective, the really interesting scenario is when you stop viewing these as separate products and start viewing them as an integrated ecosystem.
VeeBids = AI-driven procurement marketplace
VeeShield = compliance, cybersecurity, monitoring, and governance layer
VeeStore = commerce and service-delivery platform
Crypto Launchpad = tokenization, digital asset issuance, and potentially recurring transaction-fee engine
In that scenario, VeeMost is no longer just selling consulting services or procurement expertise. It is operating multiple software platforms that can cross-sell customers into one another.
