Quote:We’re studying a much sicker population, I’ll call it, and we believe that we can beat that 6.1% by greater than that 16.1% that I highlighted.
As he mentions, CLOVER has a much sicker population than SUNLIGHT. And we should also remember that the 6% was a clinical response -- in a meta-analysis done with real world data, the overall response rate was closer to 2.7%
So the numbers are excellent, and they are our baseline. There is plenty of time for other patients to be included in the ORR, given the timing of the last numbers included in for ESMO, and a lot of the later patients were the 700 mg dose, already shown by the ctDNA stats to have better response rate. I'd be surprised if we didn't hit 20%.
I wonder if we'll be able to break down the condition patients were in, and, for example, eventually show a response number that excludes fourth line or later?
