Company Evaluating Significant Reduction in Authorized Shares
Management also announced that it is evaluating a substantial reduction in the Company's authorized shares. Depending on the sustained market price of the Company's common stock, management is considering reducing the authorized share count to 500 million shares or potentially as low as 250 million shares.
"The recognition earned by Thousand Islands IPA reflects the strength of our operating business and brands," said Scozzafava. "As we continue building that business, we are also evaluating opportunities to align our capital structure with the Company's long-term objectives.
