Greetings - well, after a MONTH of frustration in trying to get a HUMAN on the phone for GoDaddy Customer Service (and failing to get actual "help"
, we have HIRED an outside web design firm as of this morning to complete the necessary updates to make the HannoverHouse.com website fully updated and fully functional. Before GoDaddy convered to an "A.I." form of customer service, and "A.I." for website changes, it was FAST AND SIMPLE to update a site. One click here, one attachment there, and updates were completed. NOW, the A.I. Chatbots ask for information that only a NASA engineer would know, and it's functionally impossible to get a HUMAN on the phone to explain which of the multiple series of numbers (for instance) is the DNS address for where to have Network Solutions to direct traffic? After weeks of this complete non-helpful customer service, we have hired an outside web management firm and they think it can be fixed in a day. So - that's issue number one.
ISSUE two is MyFlix. As many of you know, we are in the final pre-launch of the MyFlix streaming service (both APP and website). Over the past few years, we have received a lot of complaints about the company's LOGO (examples of "current" logo are in the embedded montage layouts below).
We even tried a "rocket-ship" type logo to announce the LAUNCH of MyFlix (see rough video concept below). But that's not hitting the target for the main corporate image either. Accordingly, we will be sifting through a mountain of design options over the next week, in hopes of finding that KILLER graphic that sets the stage for our amazing new, billion-dollar MyFlix venture!
