The study enrolled 66 patients across seven sites. This abstract summarizes 32 patients: 23 receiving 350 mg of leronlimab and nine receiving 700 mg, combined with TAS-102 and bevacizumab.
In a 23-patient City of Hope subset, all patients with available data showed declining ctDNA by week two. The median decline was 78%, with reductions ranging from 5% to 100%. This measures a change in circulating tumor DNA—it is not a 78% tumor response rate.
Among the 32 patients summarized, no leronlimab-related adverse events above grade 2 or causing treatment discontinuation were reported. The authors also reported no leronlimab-related dose-limiting toxicities.
What is missing matters: the abstract does not provide confirmed tumor response rates, stable-disease rates, progression-free survival, or a specific data cutoff date.
These findings support continued interest, but they do not yet establish how much benefit leronlimab adds to the active standard-treatment combination.
For the October 25 poster, the authors specifically state that they will present ctDNA results for all enrolled patients with evaluable data. Whether additional response and survival results will be included remains to be seen.
