KRTL Holding Group Provides Acton Project Update Following U.S. Forest Service Clearance

KRTL Holding Group Inc. (OTC: KRTL) ("KRTL" or the "Company"
today provided a progress update on the Acton Area Historic Validation Project being coordinated through KRTL International Corp. and KRTL BlueSpot Inc.
Following the Forest Service coordination previously disclosed by the Company, KRTL has received confirmation from the U.S. Forest Service, Angeles National Forest, that it is cleared to proceed with both Phase 1A geological reconnaissance and the proposed Phase 1B limited hand-sampling program.
The confirmed Phase 1B scope allows for up to 10 hand samples of approximately 1 to 2 kilograms each. The Forest Service also advised that access on Forest Service Road 4N23 is closed to motorized use, and that access for the current field program will need to be nonmotorized.
With the Phase 1A and Phase 1B pathway now established, KRTL can focus on coordinating the appropriate geological, technical and support partners needed to execute the field work, while continuing to advance the project's grant-opportunity development and strategic outreach efforts.
KRTL Holding Group management stated: "Receiving confirmation for both Phase 1A and Phase 1B represents an important advancement for the Acton project. We have moved from agency coordination and defining the allowable scope into a position where we can now prepare for execution.
