L-Threonic Acid Inhibits Pathological Retinal Neovascularization by Modulation of CCL3–CCR5 Signaling Pathway
I've looked around a few times when the thought strikes me for off the shelf effector of ccr5 that someone might take to maybe help w inflammation or whatever through ccr5 axis. Everything I found before when I read some research about a medication which partially blocked ccr5 (and which was not a food product (and that offers limited benefit) is a medication that's not available.
Here's the study

L-THa, is cheaply available on Amazon

Would the supplement reduce some of the negative effects of over ccl3/ccr5 caused immune trafficking and inflammation?
I know from my ccr5 receptor research that ccr5 is directly involved in the unhealing tissue in crohns
