I have posted my reasons for posting what some call negativity, but all have been deleted but think for a moment; when a CEO relies on curated, high-level social media posts, they control the narrative around intent rather than impact. Publicly bringing specific issues to light alters that dynamic through several key mechanisms: corporate updates rarely threaten executive standing. Specific, verifiable claims about ongoing issues carry higher reputational risk, which directly incentivizes top leadership to step in and resolve them.
When flaws are documented publicly, leadership can no longer claim ignorance, raising potential liability if the issues remain unaddressed.
