And...to go on a little further, the 2nd patent should be PR'd officially on the official allowance day so April 22rd. I have to think that Elite would have to have a partner in line...I mean I would hope so at least. Next CC will be in July I believe so hopefully we either get a partner PR before then or hear something positive in the CC.
