Win8 Apps development is growing fast so $NOK will benefit from it going into the smartphone APPS market, Simply search on the net for " Windows 8 Apps " theres a lot,  it will catch up even if its 1/4 or 1/2 of Apple or Goog Apps it will be huge ..IMO
