Well, there certainly are events that could happen anytime. But as we have seen in the last 10 months, Rauber doesn't feel the need to let the market/shareholders know.
Initially, people blamed the SEC case as the reason for the muzzle. Well, that's gone. Yet, the company still seems into insist on keeping partnership, progress...whatever, quiet.
Boy, he sure didn't have a problem letting people know about the negatives.
