Greetings HHSE Friends & Followers - the last two years have been challenging for Hannover House. The evolution of the film distribution models required that we dramatically re-invent our operations in order to survive. Yet at the same time, certain market conditions created unique opportunities for HHSE to not just survive... but to THRIVE in a new media world.

Wednesday, September 9, 2026 marks the first day of the New Hannover - the beginning of a dynamic business model and line-up that is positioned to make HHSE into a major "media darling" as an independent, entertainment studio. It has required a Herculean effort to put all of the pieces, relationships, projects and venture partners together... but we have prevailed, and the revenue results will now come our way.

The details on all of these projects would be too voluminous for a blog post... but we can summarize from the high-altitude vantage for a more concise summary.

Beginning now, Hannover House - and our recently relaunched releasing label of HEMDALE FILM CORPORATION - have become one of the most prolific creators of original feature film content... not only in the "indie" budget space... but also in the "Event-Level" realm of the Major Studio titles. It is our analysis that a balanced mix of high-profile, star driven "tent-pole" releases - supported with high-concept, but lower-budgeted genre' movies - best positions the company for maximum profitability and shareholder value.

Over the past two years, Hannover House and CEO Eric Parkinson have put together an initial slate of eleven (11) feature productions: four (4) Major event titles and seven (7) commercial genre' films. For those of you who have never assembled a film project or a actually produced a movie, to make even just ONE film is a major endeavor. But to assemble eleven projects - from concept and cast to financing - is an achievement never before obtained by any single entertainment executive or indie studio. The potential box office and revenue value of these eleven titles is north of $500-Million Dollars... so to say that this is the beginning of a new era for Hannover House / Hemdale is an understatement.

Listed below are the current projects for HHSE - Hemdale, along with some shareholder predictions of how our realistic and conservative revenue forecasts could impact the HHSE share pricing. Bottom line is that the company shares by the end of 2026 should support a value of 5-cents to 16-cents... and by the end of 2027, should be trading in the range of 50-cents per share (based on forecasted revenues, current average entertainment P/E multiplier, and a modest adjustment for growth valuation).

Here is a summary chart of our major releases and revenue forecasts for the next 18-months:

... and here are two charts showing the potential impact of these revenues on the PPS:

Hannover House / Hemdale are essentially starting calendar year 2026 from a near-zero revenue basis in 2025. The company’s prior “catalog” business of selling 450+ titles on DVD is gone, and the placement of 30-and-40-year-old “B” movies onto streaming platforms has not offset this DVD revenue loss. So, Hannover House has reinvented its business model to pursue the sort of films that are working WELL at both Theatres and Streaming Platforms. The mega-millions and home-runs are to be earned from high-concept, star-driven major titles… and Hannover House – Hemdale has FOUR of these. The singles-and-doubles will come from the company’s current slate of eight indie productions and acquisitions… films that have an extremely low production or acquisition cost to HHSE, but still represent an upside of $300,000 to $600,000 in fees.

With a near-zero basis – and the current stock price reflecting those prior limited revenues – the upside potential with HHSE for MANY MULTIPLES R.O.I. is both realistic and immediate.

2026 - For the current year-ending 12-31-2026 – HHSE is forecasting gross revenues of $2,356,000 and pre-tax earnings of $1,813,150. With just under 1.3-bn shares in issue, this translates to an approximate price per share (PPS) of $.0559 using an average industry multiplier of 40.

2027 - For next year (ending 12-31-2027) – big revenues begin to manifest from major titles like 17N Conspiracy and Tempus Porta. Accordingly, HHSE is forecasting gross revenues in 2027 of $11,490,000 and pre-tax earnings of $10,506,092. Using the same formulas for P/E and PPS forecast, this level of earnings supports a PPS of about $.32 / share

2028 - And for the calendar year ending 12-31-2028 – HHSE is really firing on all cylinders, with gross revenues of $22,195,000 and earnings of $20,735,757. This level supports a PPS of $.63 / share, and an overall company market cap of approximately $819-Million.

- MORE -

HHSE Longs who have kept the faith during periods of almost zero revenues for the company - these forecasts may look like lofty projected revenues - and resulting PPS levels. But the line-up of titles that have been arranged is unprecedented: top movie concepts, top stars and major budget financing from third-party investors, incentives and debt service options. Take a look:

Highlights of the “MAJOR STUDIO” Level Productions for HHSE / Hemdale

THE 17N CONSPIRACY - Greek writer-director GIORGOS PAPATHEODOROU has crafted an Oscar-worthy true-story about the rise of the 17N Revolutionary Group in Greece, and their contribution to the downfall of the Military dictatorship in the 1970’s and 1980’s. Scheduled to commence filming Nov. 23, the film features four “AAA” level international movie stars along with an impressive cast of Greek actors. The film’s production team also includes several Academy-Award winners and nominees – thus positioning the film for its premiere and media launch at the 2027 VENICE International Film Festival (Sept. 2027) – with a USA theatrical release in October, 2027.

JOLLY – An all-new twist on Christmas, presented in Arthur G. Night’s amazing vision that uses the newest C.G.I.-A.I. technology for feature film production. Following traditional animation techniques of recording real actors in the studio – along with facial scans and motion capture – director Night has created an industry FIRST: a hybrid production of a traditional animated movie, with the newest technology for photo-realistic visuals. Check out the trailer and more at: www.JollyMovie.US The FIRST LOOK TRAILER was just released on Friday, Sept. 4 - and has already logged over 220,000 YouTube Views!

TEMPUS PORTA – An extremely commercial, action-adventure film with worldwide box office appeal, Tempus Porta combines elements of “Indiana Jones” and “Stargate” with the megalithic temples of Malta to create a sure-fire hit for HHSE. Four “AAA” level stars are attached (or in negotiations) for the film, which is slated to commence filming in January, 2027 –with a Christmas 2027 theatrical release. Financing is provided in part through Malta film incentives and grants, and private equity funding secured against distribution rights. HHSE-Hemdale will handle all sales, worldwide, and retain the $22-million dollar asset for balance sheet valuation.

JOURNEY TO UTOPIA – a script originally developed by HHSE with writer Mike Snyder as “MOTHER GOOSE: JOURNEY TO UTOPIA” will be produced through a similar technique as has now been proven for the “JOLLY” movie. Major stars will be recorded performing their characters – with facial scans and motion capture – while the actual visuals will be rendered with the C.G.I.-A.I. software technologies. Subject to schedule, anticipated talent for the film includes three Academy Award winners: Shirley MacLaine, Forest Whitaker and Kim Basinger. The film has all the sizzle, character appeal and star power of a major Disney animated feature hit!

“INDIE LEVEL” Productions & Acquisitions for HHSE-HEMDALE

Lower-cost Feature Productions – facilitated by Hannover House – with HHSE for worldwide distribution, and in some instances, retains an additional equity participation.

INDIAN TERRITORY - is an epic western-drama, set during the final weeks before the Oklahoma Land Rush of 1889. Movie is 65% filmed, with only one-week remaining (filming with two Academy Award winning actors).

THE MEAT MAN – is a horror-thriller, inspired by the true story of a door-to-door serial killer in the 1960’s.

MODERN ANTIQUITIES – is an inspiring, feel-good movie about the greatest treasures in life.

SHADOWLANDS – is inspired by a Native American legend of a dark-realm between dreams and death.

BIGFOOT PROPHECIES – is a horror-thriller / creature feature inspired by Native legends in Oklahoma.

NATIVE FABLES – is a collection of award-winning, Native-themed films of history, culture and significance.

LIFE LESSONS – is a faith-based movie, inspired by real characters and circumstances.

WILDFIRE – is already completed and into release; but is listed here as the revenue streams that HHSE will benefit from this film are occurring during 2026 and 2027.

AMERICAN MANIFESTO - the Trump 2024 "insiders" book of campaign strategies from best-selling author BARR McCLELLAN. Not a movie... but just released last week, and worthy of including here.

Bottom Line: $1,000 invested NOW in HHSE shares, is forecasted to be worth $9,500 based on 2026 activities… AND… as much as $110,000 based on GROWTH PE/G POTENTIAL.

This Executive Report and the information contained within does not constitute a solicitation to buy Hannover House stock shares. Nor does this report represent an expressed or implied warranty or guarantee of the company’s performance results, release schedule and forecasted stock pricing. This report is based purely on the current activities and projects for HHSE-Hemdale (as described on the company’s website and blog), with valuations derived by applying these forecasts into entertainment industry formulas of Price-Earnings and multipliers for subsequent years of Growth.

At present, HHSE stock shares are selling for less that one-penny each. HHSE Managers have been told by major traders that this represents a massive undervaluation of AT LEAST 10-X to the true valuation… and that PPS is based on a forecast that does NOT include a Growth formula multiplier. At under $.01 per share, an investor can literally acquire a HUGE block of shares for very little money – and if any portion of the sales forecasts predicted by HHSE management occurs – the upside potential is outstanding. No other media stock offers such a great opportunity for multiple return-on-investment growth percentages.

Other Notable Projects and Activities for HHSE - HEMDALE

Hannover’s MYFLIX streaming venture has been in development for 10-years – but the company has lacked the necessary funding for a successful launch; the streaming-portal concept includes 45-supplier studios and libraries, collectively representing over 18,000 titles which are available for streaming to the USA and Canadian markets. The revenue model is “Advertiser-based” like TUBI and ROKU – and HHSE management believes that MyFlix could easily become a $100-mm revenue source.

WHAM STUDIOS RENTALS is a venture formed through off-balance-sheet funding & secured lenders – as means for the creation of a service that can provide trucks, trailers, cameras and other film production gear to HHSE-Hemdale productions, but to do so on a “deferred payment” basis. This is an important tool for the leveraged financing of these productions – and HHSE retains a performance-based mechanism to “earn” ownership of the WHAM assets, through debt retirement.

Fiscally-Conservative Funding Mechanism for HHSE Projects

Each of the “Major Studio” level projects for Hannover House has a third-party financing component of approximately fifty percent (50%) - mostly in the form of governmental rebates or incentive grants. The balance of funding is through bankable presale contracts or through credit-enhancement surety bonds, (utilizing HHSE “preferred shares” as a collateral instrument of performance guarantee). HHSE-Hemdale is able to capitalize the entire production investment, but only have a contingent liability of fifty-percent, payable well after each film has been released, monetized, and relieved of debt. HHSE-Hemdale is also earning “off-the-top” overhead fees from each production budget – as well as substantial sales distribution fees and equity participations. This is how HHSE-Hemdale uses leveraged financing to acquire highly-commercial properties and build the balance sheet and revenues to a billion-dollar market cap.

Regarding the lower-cost “Indie-Level” films, similar leveraging structures are in effect: approx. 50% from incentive grants or rebates, with HHSE-Hemdale providing a “soft” distribution guarantee and a deferred equipment and services participation from WHAM Studio Rentals… again resulting in balance sheet assets and commercial titles for revenue generation.

NOTE ON “JOLLY” PRODUCTION – While HHSE feels that the finished product of “JOLLY” looks like a $100-million-dollar Major Studio Film, the actual reality is that the film is only costing HHSE about $100,000.

How is this possible? Through cleverness, creativity and use of the newest technology. Director Arthur G. Night is using a hybrid mix of traditional feature film animation techniques, with the newest in CGI-AI photo-realistic rendering technology. SO – the “JOLLY” movie has an impressive look, at an absurdly low acquisition cost. HHSE feels that this is major release for the company for several reasons:

1). BOX OFFICE POTENTIAL - The 2026 Theatrical Marketplace has been VERY supportive of low-budget, indie horror movies; (for instance: OBSESSION, BACKROOMS and BUDDY).

2). GENRE’ STRENGTH - the subgenre of “Christmas-Horror” has ALWAYS generated significant sales results;

3). PUBLICITY ANGLES - added MEDIA INTEREST in anything “A.I.” oriented should result in publicity attention to “JOLLY” – especially since the film is a hybrid of real actors, real performances, but CGI generated likenesses.

YAAY! Finally got back specific information / answers from AMAZON about how to get our TRUMP BOOK Cover published!
Greetings HHSE Friends - The past 2-weeks have been frustrating, as we have timed the promotions for the Trump Campaign book around the publication date from AMAZON.

Yet - despite their acceptance of the manuscript AND their acceptance of the Cover Art - we have been puzzled at the delays in getting the cover art actually PUBLISHED onto their site, and to the various format listings for the title.

FINALLY, after many emails, chat messages and calls, we got the SPECIFIC instructions tonight as to WHAT WE NEED TO DO to modify the art. It's very tiny things: the design firm provided a "bleed" area greater than the maximum size for Amazon files... AND... the ISBN Number does not match the bar code beneath it. Both changes will be done TONIGHT.... and would have been done TWO WEEKS ago, had the details been communicated.

Why does this matter? Well, we have some promotions ready with "X" and "Truth Social" (including some heavy-hitter endorsements), that will start as soon as the book listing is perfected. There are also some stock trading groups that have high-hopes for the Trump book... and have pledged stock support once the items are perfected and available. SO - let's make it happen!

UPDATE: THURSDAY, AUG. 27 - After several ISBN number changes and placement issues (including gutter-width), we FINALLY got the full book jacket art past the Amazon automated filters... The site has moved from "error" listing to "in review." Hopefully the art will go LIVE today...

Teaser Art for 17N CONSPIRACY - will be modified prior to theatrical release
Greetings HHSE Friends - the teaser art for 17N CONSPIRACY does not yet show any of the faces of our four "AAA" level actors. But it does show the drama and gravitas of the 17N Revolution that brought down the Authoritarian government in Greece. We are very excited about this Oscar-caliber feature for Hannover House and Hemdale - and will begin heavy consumer marketing to correspond with our production schedule.

Hannover House enters 2027 Oscars Best Picture Race with historic thriller: 17N Revolution
Greetings HHSE Friends & Followers - the first major picture that will benefit from the new HHSE financing tool of collateral shares (to be pledged but not released), is an epic and historic feature thriller about the Greek revolutionary movement known as 17N. The impressive script for 17N REVOLUTION transcends the political timing and universal impact of Hemdale's PLATOON, and promises to be not only a major box office release... but also a title destined for top awards status.

Hannover House (and the Hemdale releasing brand) have entered into a venture with Crisis Cinema of Athens for director Giorgos Papatheodorou's powerful story of the late 20th Century fight for democracy in Greece. Inspired by the government massacre of student protestors at the Polytechnic University (Nov. 17, 1973), a resistance movement known as "17N" began as series of anti-government terrorist actions that ultimately led to the overthrown of the authoritarian structure and facilitated the rise Democracy in Greece.

One of the seminal moments that sparked worldwide attention to the 17N movement occurred on Dec. 23, 1975, with the shocking assassination of Athens C.I.A. Stationmaster, Richard Welch, which remains to this day the highest profile killing ever of a C.I.A. officer.

The $10-mm budgeted drama-thriller will feature four significant international stars, whose cumulative box office results exceed $15-billion. The film will shoot in Athens and Ioannina, Greece in November and December (2026) as well as Nicosia, Cyprus in January (2027), and is expected to be the official Cyprus entry for the Oscars in 2027. The producers anticipate a major international film festival premiere prior to a wide North American theatrical release in October, 2027. The USA release through Hemdale (HHSE), will be timed to a wide theatrical release on the same weekend in Greece and France. Additional major markets for presales and coordinated worldwide release will be pursued during the coming months.

Legal consultation for the production venture, bank financing, distribution sales and major cast contracts will be handled by industry veteran attorney and deal maker JERE HAUSFATER (formerly SVP at Disney), with both Hausfater and HHSE CEO Eric Parkinson credited as the film's Executive Producers.

Entertainment attorney, Major Studio Distribution specialist and producer JERE HAUSFATER.

The film's "department heads" (including Cinematography, Art Direction, Make Up, Wardrobe and others) are populated with Oscar winners and Oscar nominated artisans; the film's music score and motion picture soundtrack will also make quite a bit of noise when the contributors are publicly announced.
The production budget for 17N Revolution includes a substantial "Overhead and Administrative" fee for Hannover House to be paid during the production period... as well as the company to earn distribution fees and equity in the film. Under the financing structure, the entire capitalization of the movie will ultimately be reflected on the HHSE Balance sheets, despite a majority of funding coming from various Greek production incentives and production ventures. The HHSE Distribution rights will be held by the company in perpetuity, so that the HHSE can build its film library with higher-profile titles that are not subject to expiration within the first decade following the initial release launch.

Due to various "NDA" agreements, the major cast members will NOT be announced until actual filming in November... nor will the precise structure of the government incentives, co-production ventures and non-recourse collateral pledge until that time.

17N Revolution is the first of a slate of major feature productions that HHSE / Hemdale will be facilitating and distributing under the recently enacted collateral financing structure.

Writer-Director Giorgos Papatheodorou is a major figure within the Greek production community - and everywhere that the HHSE team accompanied him for meetings, scouting and dining throughout Greece, he was treated like royalty.

Much more to follow on 17N Revolution, and other activities of HHSE / Hemdale NOW IN MOTION for building the company into one of the top entertainment studios.

Greek Media legend GIORGOS PAPATHEODOROU with HHSE C.E.O. ERIC PARKINSON at the Crisis Cinema Offices in Athens, Greece. Other production team photos to follow, including some behind-the-scenes images from the recent ODYSSEY production (featuring many of the crew members and suppliers committed to working on the HHSE-Hemdale 17N Revolution production).

Hannover House Wins the A.I. Race with November Release of Christmas Thriller, JOLLY

Bad Santa meets Avatar in this stunning new Christmas thriller.

JOLLY production principals include (left-to-right): Writer-Director ARTHUR G. NIGHT, Producers ERIC PARKINSON and VICTOR REYES, and Sound Designer JOE JOHNSTON.

Actors CHRIS OROZCO and CRYSTAL JIMINEZ in the upcoming thriller, JOLLY, from Hannover House.

“Bad Santa” meets “Avatar” in this creative spin on Santa’s legend, destined for major holiday success.

Hannover House, Inc. (OTCMKTS:HHSE)

We are very excited to be one of the first indie studios to embrace this new film production technology.”— Eric Parkinson, CEO - Hannover House, Inc.SACRAMENTO, CA, UNITED STATES, July 4, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Independent media company Hannover House, Inc., (OTC: HHSE) and its affiliate label Hemdale Film Corporation, are poised to be among the first companies with a fully completed and released feature film title this year, utilizing the newest breakthroughs in CGI / AI technology. “JOLLY” – a Christmas themed horror thriller from writer-director Arthur G. Night (“Unholy Song”) - will hit theatres in key U.S. markets this November before a wide placement onto streaming platforms in December by All Channel Films.

Although computer-generated-imagery has been a mainstay of major studio productions for the past twenty years, recent breakthroughs with A.I. software promise to democratize the media world by making high-quality feature productions more accessible to independent producers.

“It is absolutely jaw-dropping to look at the image quality that Arthur and his team have been able to achieve on this production,” said Eric Parkinson, C.E.O. of Hannover House. “They are utilizing the highest end of current software and hardware, including the just-released Seedance 4k rendering system. The look of the film will compare to major studio hits, with imagery comparable to other CGI-AI features such as ‘Avatar’ and surpassing the look of films such as ‘The Polar Express.’ We are very excited to be one of the first indie studios to embrace this new film production technology and get a feature to market by this holiday season,” he continued.

“Jolly” has been produced with real-life actors performing their scenes and recording their dialogue in an audio studio. Motion capture technology and facial scans are fed into the A.I. systems where they are merged with pre-designed locations and dynamic action. The resulting film shows photo-realistic renditions of the performers as their avatars enact the scenes as directed by Arthur G. Night. Cast members for Jolly include Chris Orozco, Victor Reyes, Amber Smith, Crystal Jiminez and Clayton Taylor. Eric Parkinson is portraying Santa, with Arthur G. Night bringing life to the title character, Jolly.

The film was written and directed by Arthur G. Night, whose 2025 theatrical release “Unholy Song” turned into a modest streaming hit for Hannover House. Victor Reyes, Eric Parkinson and Alessandra Di Caterino are serving as Producers. Production has occurred at Pus Cavern Studios in Sacramento and Scorpion House Media in Lodi, CA.

“JOLLY” will hit theatres in selected markets on November 13, including New York, Los Angeles, Dallas-Ft. Worth, Houston and Sacramento. The film will appear on multiple streaming platforms beginning December 15, 2026.

Hannover House Implements Corporate Financing Tool for ‘A’ Movie Productions & Acquisitions

Hannover House Implements Corporate Financing Tool for ‘A’ Movie Productions & Acquisitions
Respected indie distributor Hannover House steps up with creative financing structure to provide up to $100-million in off-balance sheet production financing.

Hannover House, Inc. (OTCMKTS:HHSE)

“We are building a major media company that will surpass the successes we achieved at Hemdale, and put us on a level field with respected players such as A24, Neon and Briarcliff Entertainment.”— Eric Parkinson, CEO of Hannover House

LOS ANGELES, CA, UNITED STATES, July 1, 2026 / EINPresswire.com / -- Hannover House, Inc. (OTC: HHSE), a 33-year-old independent entertainment and media company is about to step up in a very big way into high-profile feature productions and distribution. Fueled by a credit-enhancement mechanism to collateralize large productions and acquisitions, Hannover House is immediately moving into two high-profile productions and a half-dozen smaller films and ventures. The combined value of the ventures already under contract is $26-million, and Hannover House believes it has created the ability and the financing mechanism to acquire up to $100-million in high-value properties.

“We have struggled and survived in the evolving world market for media companies, which has been especially challenging these past five years,” said Eric Parkinson, CEO of Hannover House and affiliate label, Hemdale Film Corp. “During our growth, we have established many solid relationships with program suppliers, production service companies and distribution outlets. The decline in the DVD market six years ago spelled the end for most low-budget productions, and this has underscored the essential need for star-driven, higher-end features. Our new financing structure will enable Hannover House to compete with other major independent studios in putting up bankable guarantees, advances and production funds for the major studio level of films that will enable us to grow our annual revenues to north of $250-million,” he concluded.

Star driven major acquisitions already in motion include the sci-fi action adventure “TEMPUS PORTA” and the historic drama “NOVEMBER 17.” Mid-Level projects for Hannover House and Hemdale include the drama “MODERN ANTIQUITIES,” the historic western “INDIAN TERRITORY” and the horror-thrillers “THE MEAT MAN” and “SHADOWLAND.” Additionally, Hannover House plans to allocate funding resources to a production studio facility in Arkansas, and towards the launch of the company’s indie-film streaming service, MyFlix. Over the next three weeks, Hannover House plans to announce additional films that are being produced with funding provided in whole, or in part, by investors and lenders providing production funding secured against Hannover House distribution contracts and collateral structures.

“This is a brilliantly structured new way to provide supplemental production financing,” said Parkinson. “As the means of media distribution has evolved recently, we felt that the means for funding productions needed a new structure as well. I suspect that other distributors and studios will observe our success and will eventually seek to replicate this new financing tool.”

Acquisition consultation and production legal services for Hannover House are now being handled in part by veteran producer and attorney Jere Hausfater, formerly SVP at Disney.

Hannover House was established in 1993 as a book publishing company. Eric Parkinson, former CEO of Hemdale Communications, Inc. (INASDAQ) bought the company in 2002 and promptly added DVDs to the book product line. Within three years, Hannover House was selling over 5-million DVDs per year to mega-retailer Walmart Stores, Inc., and had built solid sales relationships with Target, Best Buy, Blockbuster and thousands of other mass merchants and video specialty stores. The decline in DVD sales first hit Hannover House in 2011 as the “budget bins” at mass merchants began to eschew indie releases in favor of studio catalog titles, such as “Top Gun”, “Chronicles of Riddick” and “The Hangover.” These higher profile studio hits began to grab the the lion’s share of consumer dollars with DVDs priced at only $5.00 each. By 2018, sales of indie DVDs declined so precipitously that wholesale giant Anderson Merchandisers went bankrupt, and dragged more than a dozen indie suppliers down with them.

Hannover House, under Parkinson’s direction, persevered and refocused on the growing market for Video-On-Demand platforms. In 2019, the company launched its first feature production venture with “WILDFIRE: The Legend of the Cherokee Ghost Horse.” Production on that film hit a wall with the COVID shut downs of early 2020, but ultimately completed filming in 2022, just weeks before the tragic death of one of the film’s principal stars, Anne Heche. Post production labored ahead for over 18-months due to cash struggles and a robust touring schedule for composer Michael Martin Murphey, who not only wrote the song that inspired the movie, but also wrote the majority of the music score along with his son, Ryan Murphey. “WILDFIRE” ultimately launched to theatres in September 2025, and onto a 60-day streaming exclusive with FANDANGO AT HOME beginning Oct. 10, 2025. The film premiered on Amazon Prime and advertising supported V.O.D. sites such as TUBI and ROKU on December 15, 2026. International sales were launched at Cannes 2025 by Free Dolphin Entertainment (Paris) with significant licensing activity occurring recently on the momentum of the film’s tremendous success with the USA release. Despite the long time-frame impacting the “WILDFIRE” project from start-to-release, the financial results from accrued sales validate the new business model that Hannover House is implementing for providing production guarantees and advances for productions.

“This is the beginning of a very exciting period for Hannover House and our production partners,” said Parkinson. “We are building a major independent company that will surpass the successes we achieved at Hemdale, and should put us on a level field with respected and emerging media players such as A24, Neon and Briarcliff Entertainment.”
