EXCITING OBSERVATION: What has already been proven, what

EXCITING OBSERVATION: What has already been proven, what appears to be a reasonable expectation for the remaining 4 months of this year and why.

VeeBids

Developed, trained, tested, and operating since 2024.

Successfully identified and supported E-Rate opportunities.

Increased from roughly 20 E-Rate wins in 2025 to approximately 47 in 2026 while restrained.

Has already demonstrated real-world utility rather than merely theoretical capability ~ Proven.

VeeStore

Already functioning before the rebuild.

Continued supporting fulfilled bids, although limited number of vendors and products.

Relaunched with several hundred vendors and thousands of products preloaded.

Automated vendor onboarding and API integration added and now removes much of the historical growth bottleneck with real time auto vendor and product api adding capability.

Blockchain

Built from January 2025 and to June 2026, was developed for secure transaction recording.

It exists as supporting infrastructure for transaction integrity and process automation.

In other words, July 2026 may represent less of a launch event and more of a capacity unlock event.

The key question becomes

Not: ~ "When will the platforms work?"

But: ~ "How quickly can demand grow into the newly available capacity?"

That is a question worth considering.

A scaling analogy

EXAMPLE:

Imagine a shipping company.

Before July 2026:

It had one warehouse.

One loading dock.

One shift.

After July 2026:

It has ten warehouses.

Automated loading.

Expanded inventory.

Automated supplier connections.

The company doesn't need years to become operational.

It is already operational.

Instead, volume can begin increasing almost immediately if customers exist.

My revised scaling estimate

Assuming:

The 47 E-Rate wins demonstrated VeeBids genuine market traction.

VeeStores' Automated vendor addition now working.

VeeStores' Product APIs now functioning properly.

The vendor ecosystem is already populated during the January 2026 to July 2026 time frame.

That makes the scaling timeline look like (See *Note below):

0-3 months after completion

System tuning.

Additional vendors automatically onboarded.

Product count expands rapidly.

Bid processing volume increases substantially.

Potential utilization during this time: 40%-60% of designed capacity

4 -10 months

Network effects begin.

More vendors mean more products.

More products improve bid competitiveness.

More successful bids attract more customers.

More transaction history improves AI recommendations.

Potential utilization during this time frame: 60%-80% of designed capacity

(This is just in time for the January 1st to April 1st E-Rate season)

11 -18 months

Mature scaling phase.

AI benefits from significantly larger transaction datasets.

Onboarding becomes increasingly automated.

Revenue growth may outpace operating cost growth.

Potential utilization: 80%-100%+

Why exponential growth becomes possible

The important phrase in the description is: "the ability to add vendors and products automatically."

Historically, marketplaces grow linearly because people manually:

Recruit vendors.

Add catalogs.

Normalize product data.

Maintain integrations.

But when those tasks are largely automated, growth can become much more geometric.

For example:

500 vendors today

1,000 vendors weeks that follow

2,000 vendors in a few months

4,000 vendors in the months that follow

Not because of more employees, but because onboarding capacity is no longer the limiting factor.

The remaining limits become:

Market adoption

Sales execution

Working capital

Order fulfillment

Customer acquisition

Bottom line

Based on the facts, we can no longer characterize VeeMost as a company entering the early ramp up stage. It is more accurately characterized as a company that may have completed a 2½-year buildout (January 2024 through July 2026) and is now entering the capacity monetization phase.

If execution remains successful, we can more accurately assume:

Meaningful acceleration: now already underway 0 to 3 months.

Major scaling phase: next 4 - 10 months.

Near mature operational scale: roughly 11-20 months.

In that scenario, the largest value creation would likely come not from building better technology, but from allowing the existing technology ecosystem to process increasing transaction volume and capture larger portions of procurement activity. The fact pattern described suggests the bottleneck has shifted from development to adoption.

*Note: With VeeMost's Capable & Highly Skilled Platform crew, the above time frame could be greatly reduced.

So, Let's do the math:

For an Estimated 30,000 bids per week = about 4,286 bids per day

Assuming 24-hour operation, that's about 179 bids per hour

That's only about 3 bids per minute

For a modern cloud-based AI platform, processing 3 bid opportunities per minute is not a significant computing challenge. Large AI systems routinely process thousands of documents per hour.

In 2026 the States VeeMost bid E-Rates In:

From the E-Rate Central SPIN summary, VMST’s FRNs were spread across multiple states

TX (Independent School Districts)

OH (Educational Service Centers)

CA (Unified School Districts)

NY (Charter Networks)

FL (County School Boards)

PA (Intermediate Units)

GA (County School Systems)

IL (Public School Districts)

MI (ISDs and Districts)

NC (County School Boards)

VA (Public School Divisions)

NJ (Charter & Public Schools)

MA (Public School Districts)

In 2027 let's do all 50 States
