For those who believe that the prospect of news can drive a stock -- a few months ago (April), Dr. Jay communicated with us and strongly suggested that after the Chicago Asco conference in late May there wouldn't be much news until a "late summer" CC or newsletter.  (He also said that in late summer he'd go to the FDA with data and see what course they suggested.)  From late May until recently -- when one could certainly say it is "late summer" -- anyone wanting to sell the stock had little reason to fear a strong upsurge.  (There was also a small dilution, of about 5%, but the drop was more like 40%.)  Now we could, at least in theory, hear good news on a variety of fronts.  CLOVER, the City of Hope CHAMP trial, EAP in TNBC and CRC, SALIENT Alzheimer's trial, Glioblastoma pre-clinical trial, the launching of the PRE-SPY/I-SPY TNBC trial, the launching of the KLEOS trial, developments as a result of Jay's meeting with the FDA around now, and fill in the blank because I'm forgetting something.  Even with the CLOVER embargos for the next two conferences, an investor who got out might want back in, and a short might decide it's a good idea to get out.
But that's just one reading.  A technical person might point to the triple descending bagel crossing the rising golden shower.  (I learned those terms from Respert.)
