Considering
We have been under Article 2 powers since the civil war. It could happen. National Emergency. Poem alway said pole shift was coming. It has floated around. However, a podcaster out of the blue that normally does go those directions. Brought it up with a 3-6 month window.
However that said. We always have 17 cities, one event. Miltary catches them cheating.
Remember the Miltary helped supervise the election in Union States during the Civil War.
Technically...there was never reconciliation and or a Constitutional Convention. Their solution was a corporate constitution in 1871. Of which Technically has operated on Article 2 powers since via boligerant occupiers.
Little blip in 2020 missed. Trump resigned the Presidency and became the CIC under devolution of Government. While elected again...he could do the same thing. There is nothing ( zero civil law or actors) that can tough the CIC, other than the Military. His order are final and bypass congress and the courts.
That is why you have 45-47...should be 45, CIC, 47.
What might happen is a separation of the 2 jobs. PRESIDENT AND CIC for a time.
If there is a elction and they loose the House and Senate. Trump could become CIC and Vance President.
