American Fusion (OTC: AMFN) announced the filing of six additional U.S. patent applications covering multiple aspects of its proprietary Texatron(TM) Fusion Engine(TM), increasing its intellectual property portfolio to 82 U.S. patent applications. The new filings span reactor architecture, plasma confinement, electromagnetic systems and related technologies that support the ongoing development and future commercialization of the Texatron platform. The company said the expanded portfolio reflects its strategy of protecting innovations across the fusion engine’s core technologies.
American Fusion also provided updates on several corporate and engineering initiatives, including its response to what it believes are the final comments on its Form 211 application, the last regulatory step before potential eligibility for quotation on the OTCQB Market, subject to applicable requirements. In addition, the company is preparing the next phase of Texatron testing at Texas Tech University, with upcoming evaluations focused on subsystem verification, control and fuel systems, plasma and magnetic field controls and equipment calibration to further refine system performance and support continued development.
