So, does this include the pharmacies, I wonder? Are Letters of Intent (LOIs) legal, enforceable documents? And, if so, who owns the Rights to these LOIs ? Are these Rights for sale, transferable, open to leasing? Is it only about who can supply product quickly and reliably, no Rights involved? Or maybe take another route altogether. Hook up w/ one of the big hitters who has shelf space in all pharmacies, worldwide. That’s right, my new latest & greatest conspiracy theory: possibly ‘in cahoots’ w/ Haleon.com.
