In a nutshell, what Visisys is doing is connecting the dots and making start up companies grow. IMO we will see not only the merger take place, but also contracts and connections being made with the EVDR technology. Basically they will take this company and with their connections make it a success. Of course, the flip side is how much of Visisys will the merge into EVDR? This could make the price appreciation shoot through the roof even further. Visisys and the management here are very successful. OK, so my bigger speculation is this. Visisys was changed from public to private. Is it possible they are bringing it here to the US to make it public here through EVDR? If so, this will be even bigger than what I'm speculating. Right now, I'm currently just speculating on Visisys to use all of its connections and bring this technology to the US and help contract the technology out and make revenues off of it. On top of that, if Visisys are given shares for the merger out of the common stock without anything changing then they will hold millions of shares and help the price to appreciate. This is all just speculation, but I really think this is going to be bigger than all the flippers and others think. This stock is going to easily go into the pennies range then we will shoot for dimes and nickles. I have a big posisition and will be holding it. The promo's will make this thing fly, no doubt. We'll soon see exactly what they plan to do with this stock but either way you look at it this will make you a lot of money if you get shares at these bargain prices.
