For those who have not received this information yet, this correspondence I received from from Kessler last December might explain why.
Quote:This notice is legit. This is the Court-approved postcard notice which is being email/mailed to potential class members. This was sent by Strategic Claims Services – they are the Court-authorized claims administrator for the settlement. They are working with us. They are the company that will be receiving and processing class member claim forms. Class members can also visit the website – www.CytoDynSecuritiesSettlement.com to get more information as well as submit a claim online if that is easier.

Quote:At the outset of the notice campaign, the administrator will send notice of the settlement to banks, brokers and other nominees (like Fidelity and Schwab). Brokers and nominees will have the option of providing the administrator with the names/addresses of their clients who may be class members (and the administrator will send notice to these individuals) or the brokers and nominees can chose to provide notice of the settlement to their clients directly.
