Thank you for reaching out.
I can comment generally, although some manufacturing and contractual details are confidential.
Viant Medical has no connection to BioElectronics and is not involved in the manufacturing of ActiPatch. BioElectronics does not publicly identify all of its contract manufacturers or suppliers, but the speculation regarding Viant Medical is incorrect.
The inventory quantity displayed on the PainKiller website should not be interpreted as proof that BioElectronics shipped 100,000 units. Website inventory figures can be entered for administrative or sales purposes and do not necessarily represent units physically received or available for shipment. I can also assure you that BioElectronics did not release 100,000 devices on a “wing and a prayer” in the hope of being paid later. Manufacturing of the initial order from Electome is proceeding in accordance with the parties’ contractual arrangements. The exact quantities, payment terms, production schedules, and delivery details are confidential commercial information.
As for the speculation regarding Ken Mayer, he is not becoming CEO of BioElectronics. He has never been offered any position of any kind at BioElectronics Corporation.
Unfortunately, message-board discussions often combine assumptions, rumors, and isolated information from websites. Any material developments concerning BioElectronics will be communicated through a press release when appropriate.
All the best, Kelly
This is what I used as a search criteria on DuckDuckGo “regulations for medical devices manufacturing for the military” using Duck.ai. Here is the major bullet point:
<< Prioritization of American-Made Products: Regulations mandate that military healthcare facilities prioritize sourcing medical equipment manufactured in the United States. This ensures adherence to high standards of quality and reliability. >>
Still waters run deep. There is a reason for everything.
There are NO coincidences.
