An interesting interview from a few months ago with the CEO of competitor Oncolytics Biotech. They are trying to turn their ongoing phase 2 trial in second line RAS MSS mcrc into a registrational trial.
In much of the interview, it's as if they are talking about leronlimab. Just substitute leronlimab for pelareorep.
"And the FDA took notice of this (survival data) in multiple recent meetings, reminding us that they have approved multiple treatments for colorectal cancer that had almost no response-rate benefit but resulted in long-term survival benefits that were significantly better than standard-of-care therapy."
