Ken: LOL. The ongoing decline in my mental acuity appears to have reached the stage where Jake's sense of "bewilderment" at CYDY's parsing of CLOVER ctDNA and Recist data can be easily demystified by KenChowder's simple reference to "obvious reasons." Well, be that as it may, I do wish to beg you indulgence to mention that the reference in my post to CYDY's paucity of publicly released data referenced only to CLOVER data, and ignored the imminence of other clinical trials or partnership updates (as discussed in your post) because remarkable CLOVER data could, in my view, independently raise the sp considerably and thereby improve private funding prospects -- a turn of events that would strike most shareholders as welcome.
Moreover, I apologize further if my post wasn't clear, but I wasn't claiming authorship of the Chinese government drug heisting threat as the possible basis for CYDY's reluctance to utilize CLOVER's open label format to release timely trial data. I was simply endorsing, as plausible and rational, the motive suggested by our good friend, mightycydy, in his post linking yesterday's article in the Wall Street Journal that chronicled the news blackout measures currently being implemented by several American biotechs in response to the enormous rise over the last few years of applications by Chinese drug companies for FDA approvals in direct follow up to approvals granted to American biotechs, made possible by much faster government sanctioned clinical trials in China utilizing copycat drugs for the same medical condition.
And while you would be surprised if "China were the reason for the information veil," I would be surprised if Nader were to blame, notwithstanding how "obvious" that might appear to you.
Best regards.
