Hello everyone,
I’d like to make you aware of an expanded access program for triple negative breast cancer patients with metastatic disease who have failed all therapy.. it is free of charge and funded by an anonymous donor through the company CytoDyn the maker of a monoclonal antibody called Leronlimab. Leronlimab blocks the ccr5 receptor and has very few side effects in its testing so far to treat HIV. It was found to raise PDL-1 in patients with “cold” breast tumors, making them “hot” in a retrospective study and when then treated with Keytruda, 5/5 patients still have survived over 5 years, 4 have no evidence of disease. I will post the link for the program and 20 slots are available but only 1 has been filled. I hope this can benefit someone here.
