He also holds an MBA in Finance and prior practicing CPA. He is currently a board member for several publicly listed companies. In addition to having a JD in law, Mr. Naccarato earned a BS in Accounting from Northern Illinois University, an MBA from DePaul University and was a certified public accountant, having articulated in the State of Illinois. Mr. Naccarato joins David Rudat and James Haas on the Board of Directors. David Rudat and James Haas hold the positions at GreenGro of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer respectively. David Rudat is a former City Manager and Fire Chief for the City of Orange, California. He has recently provided consulting services and interim executive management services for various cities in the state of California including Stockton and Los Alamitos as well as the counties of Orange, Riverside and Santa Clara. He has owned and managed residential and industrial real estate, as well as small businesses, including his own agricultural experiences as a Christmas tree farmer in Southern California, often working with the University Extension Service for best practices. Mr. Rudat is a strong supporter of responsible and sustainable environmental practices in farming, food, land development and water. Mr. Rudat holds both a Bachelor of Science in Accounting for Long Beach State University and a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Southern California.
