Boris Goldstein is a gold mine and so is Shiver.. I think this Shiver LLC will somehow be a huge player... looks like some Deep pockets..yeah I am thinking these guys are going to want trip zeros to dimes.. i agree. They appear to be taking all the right steps.. isnt it in one of the filings about 500k preferred shares that are convertible.. 1 preferred is 1000 common.. not sure at what price they are convertible. I thought I read all that somewhere.. when some one asked about par value.. i just dont see them diluting this they know it will never recover. what are your thoughts on that?
