KRTL Holding Group Inc. (OTC: KRTL) today announced that it has completed the acquisition of intellectual property, technical documentation, regulatory support, and commercialization rights associated with its PERIKO and RAYEL coca-derived extract platform, marking a transition from platform development toward regulatory implementation and commercial planning.
The Company has completed the acquisition of ownership rights, technical documentation rights, regulatory support rights, and related commercialization assets associated with the PERIKO and RAYEL platform. KRTL has also initiated the next phase of regulatory and commercialization activities designed to support future manufacturing, licensing, and product development opportunities.
PERIKO and RAYEL are being developed as parallel coca-derived extract platforms. Both extracts may support beverage applications, commercial extract opportunities, ingredient development, API-oriented development, and potential pharmaceutical pathways, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
The primary distinction between the two platforms is their current regulatory status. RAYEL has completed the applicable TTB process for its documented beverage-facing scope, while PERIKO continues to advance through the applicable regulatory pathway. The Company believes this difference affects timing and sequencing but does not limit the long-term potential of either platform.
As part of the implementation process, KRTL has completed additional agreements supporting regulatory cooperation, technical documentation transfer, future manufacturing flexibility, and commercialization rights associated with both platforms.
The Company is currently advancing technical documentation, product registration activities, analytical review, and regulatory support initiatives intended to strengthen future commercialization opportunities. In parallel, KRTL continues to work toward completion of the PERIKO TTB process and related regulatory documentation.
"These developments represent an important transition from platform development to platform execution," said Cesar Herrera, Chief Executive Officer of KRTL Holding Group Inc. "We have focused on securing ownership rights, regulatory support, and commercialization flexibility while positioning both PERIKO and RAYEL for future development opportunities. We believe this work establishes a stronger foundation for long-term growth across multiple potential markets."
KRTL believes the completion of these developments enhances its ability to evaluate future manufacturing partnerships, licensing opportunities, commercialization strategies, and international market opportunities while maintaining flexibility regarding future regulatory and production pathways.
