We specialize in designing, building and managing secure, scalable IT environments and solutions for Fortune 500 clients, schools, healthcare providers, and public sector agencies.

Product Development Highlights
AccessIQ – Identity & Access Intelligence Platform
AccessIQ is a modular, security-focused platform designed to integrate with Cisco Identity Services Engine. (ISE) and other identity systems. During Q1 2026, AccessIQ continued internal development with refinements to its ISE Sentinel™ anomaly detection engine, Session Intelligence Engine, and Policy
Recommendation Engine. The platform is being readied for both on-premises and cloud deployment under a subscription pricing model.
VeeShield – DNS Security Enhancement
VeeMost continued advancing its managed DNS-layer security platform, VeeShield™, with progress on identity-based DNS insights, compliance-grade reporting, and planned integration with AccessIQ. These
enhancements target the cybersecurity needs of schools, public sector agencies, and small businesses.
Blockchain Platform Development
Development of the Company’s enterprise-grade blockchain platform continued during Q1 2026 with focus
areas including supply chain verification, licensing and digital identity, and secure crypto + fiat payment
processing. Integration with the VeeStore e-commerce platform remains a near-term milestone.
VeeStore E-Commerce Expansion
VeeStore (store.veemost.com) is currently undergoing an overhaul which will make it easy to onboard new
vendor products and achieve other set goals for the company. Feature enhancements will include improved
product filtering, faster page load times, and an affiliate marketing management section. VeeStore
underpins the Company’s product sales revenue stream and is central to its public sector procurement
strategy.
VeeBids Platform
VeeBids continues to function as the Company’s AI-powered virtual bid analyst and proposal assistant.
During Q1 2026, the platform expanded its training dataset, refined its summarization of complex RFP
documents, and continued to support active contract pursuits. The Company is leveraging VeeBids to
broaden access to federal and state-funded procurement opportunities and is exploring its release as a
multi-tenant SaaS offering.
Looking Ahead
VeeMost remains focused on growing recurring revenue, scaling its public sector footprint, and bringing its Innovation Hub platforms to market. The lower cash balance at March 31, 2026 reflects significant working capital deployment into accounts receivable as the Company fulfills larger product orders, including activity related to eRate contracts; management expects collections in subsequent quarters to materially restore liquidity.
Fiscal Year End
The Company has a December 31 year-end.

Logistics & Fulfillment Gap
CDW: Full logistics infrastructure
Warehouses
Distribution centers
Same-day shipping
Inventory management
Reverse logistics
VeeMost: Lean, partner-based logistics
Uses vendor and distributor fulfillment
No warehouses (lower overhead)
Faster to scale digitally
Slower to scale physically
Gap Summary:
???? CDW wins physical logistics.
????VeeMost wins on capital efficiency and digital scalability.
The Sagacious Interpretation
These five signals together say:
“VeeMost is transitioning into a scalable, platform-driven model before the market realizes it.”
Sagacious investors don’t wait for the crowd.
They recognize:
early traction
platform leverage
strategic expansion
competitive asymmetry
undervalued transformation
That’s exactly what VeeMost is signaling right now.
???? NEAR-TERM MILESTONE
“Near-Term Means Weeks, Not ‘Nothing’”
To the People who say “nothing is happening,” the actual filing says the opposite.
Melvin literally called the platform integration with VeeStore a “near-term milestone.”
In SEC language, near-term never means 6–12 months.
It means the next milestone expected in the current or next quarter — which puts the relaunch squarely in the weeks-range, not the “someday” range.
A few things the “nothing is happening” crowd conveniently ignores:
The blockchain platform has been in development for well over a year
Integration with VeeStore is the next step, not a distant one
Working capital was already deployed into fulfilling large orders, meaning engineering resources were active
Collections in subsequent quarters restore liquidity, which only matters if the platform work is already underway
You don’t call something a “near-term milestone” unless it’s in final integration or testing
Put all that together and the realistic window is:
➡️ Late June through mid-August
That’s exactly what “near-term” means in a quarterly filing.
So, no — this isn’t “nothing happening.”
This is a company in the final stretch of a major platform relaunch, lining up timing with revenue, E-Rate visibility, and uplisting requirements.
Some folks just don’t understand how enterprise software timelines work.
But The filings do — and they’re telling us the milestone is close.
FOOD FOR THOUGHT - WHAT LONGS ALREADY KNOW
(and for the rest of the newbies to figure out)
FA + TA for VMST
⭐ FA says:
VMST is no longer a “potential story.”
It is a multi-platform, government-validated, revenue-producing tech company.
This moves it into the high-quality microcap category.
⭐ TA says:
The chart is likely coiling under fair value, waiting for:
A filing
A PR
A revenue update
A platform announcement
Any of these can trigger a multi-week re-rate.
⭐ FA + TA together say:
VMST is now in the accumulation zone before a fundamental re-pricing.
This is exactly the setup microcap pros look for:
Real revenue
Real contracts
Real platforms
Low float
No toxic debt
No dilution
Multi-platform ecosystem
Government validation
This is the holy grail of microcap setups.
