Backstory
Several OTC market traders have been following the predecessor company $INCC continuously since the previous major runs from .0020 > .0220+ several years ago.
Even before further multiple runs in 2021, it had been one of the top profit earning OTC stocks of all time for those who just trade what they see and ignore irrelevant nonsense.
In November 2023, $INCC announced a change in business direction to that now reflected in the Company Profile.
On October 28, 2024, $INCC gave advance notice that a reverse split would take place on October 30, 2024 to position the company for future growth and gave further detail about AgTech Carbon.
On October 3, 2025, $INCC filed with FL SOS for a name change to Tersis Technologies, Inc [$TERS].
On November 20, 2025 FINRA agreed the name change and ticker change and promulgated it on its Daily List.

Not a financial advisor - just stating what I'm basing my trading decisions on.
I will be holding some $TERS in my portfolio throughout 2026 and into future years for the long-term, trading some on surges from the bottom up too and reloading on any dips.
