I’ve been drinking Dr. Perricone Hydrogen Water for some time now and so happy with how it has improved my energy and overall wellness. At first I was a bit skeptical and not sure what to expect but I can tell the difference on the days that I don't drink it. The biggest thing I’ve noticed is how much more energy I have and don’t feel that afternoon crash anymore. I’ve also tried it after workouts and it seems to help me recover faster, so i often try to drink it in the morning to kick start my day and afternoon for an additional energy boost. I love that I can pack the cans in my bag for instant hydration on the go also, and it has a clean refreshing taste. It’s become something I actually look forward to and plan to keep in my daily routine.

Before ordering this item, I did some online searches about hydrogen water. There are a few studies that suggest it does have benefits. As a menopausal woman who struggles with inflammation and low energy, who also has a background in chemistry, I thought it would be fun to review.
The idea behind hydrogen water is that it delivers H2 gas to your system by dissolving it in water, similar to how carbonated water contains CO2. The difference here is that hydrogen barely dissolves in water, so the amount you get is very small. And just like a carbonated beverage will fizz up when opened and eventually go flat, the same is happening to the hydrogen when you open the can (though there's not enough gas in there to make it fizzy), so to get any benefit from it you'll have to drink it quickly.
Other reviewers have described the flavor of this water as "refreshing," but this is subjective. It's very mineral-y. I didn't care for it, but that could be because it tastes exactly like the tap water at my dentist's office and gives me flashbacks of having my mouth irrigated while getting a tooth filled.
The can looks classy. That shouldn't matter, but Amazon is prompting me to include a review of the design, so there ya go.
To properly test this hydrogen water, I drank a can or two a day for two weeks. I haven't noticed any difference, good or bad, in the way I feel. It's very expensive and I won't be re-ordering. But some people swear by their hydrogen water, so if you're one of those people (and willing to pay a premium), go for it. Dr. Perricone is a reputable brand, so I have reasonable confidence that this is actually artesian water with hydrogen gas added and that they didn't just fill up the cans at my dentist's office.

I’ve been looking into the science and health benefits of hydrogen water and I’m really excited to see how it works for me. So far it’s refreshing, clean, and I can actually feel the difference in my energy and recovery. The taste is actually amazing, you will definitely notice it in comparison to your local spring water.
I think it’s worth the money for what you’re getting in return. I was hung over one night from an outting and this definitely helped my headache in the morning, felt like I found a new hack for hangovers. I feel pretty energized through the day and I been enjoying this during my workouts as well.

I’ve had stomach issues for years, and recently began a health journey to undo some of the damage from years of not taking care of myself. I love Perricone's hydrogen water because it isn't a machine or thermos but a convenient can and can easily refrigerate. This hydrogen water has honestly made a difference.
