I do have one question though. When you say:

are you positing that all 4 disease control responders from the basket trial were receiving the FOLFOX chemo combo with LL and that none received TAS-102? If so, that would bode well for the high ORR results you predict for CLOVER (which I embrace). But Gemini is telling me that the 4 patients were using their physicians' choice for the chemo combo, which could have been FOLFOX, TAS, or even something else, there being no clear record of which chemo combo was utilized by the respective patients.
I know that my question is small potatoes in the scheme of things, but if the TAS/Avastin combo is really far more synergistic combined with LL than FOLFOX, (as DR Jay apparently believes) and none of the basket 4 received TAS/Avastin, I would feel even more confident on the looming CLOVER ORR front.
