can this be measured and quantified in the patient and what percentage of patients have this condition?
so there are specific time slots -
pre treatment
0 - healthy
1 - cancer develops
2 - cancer diagnosed
treatment
line - 3 - chemo + standard of care therapies
line - 4 - standard of care therapies
line - 5 - (leronlimab and PD-L1 upregualtion)
line - 6 - standard of care therapies
and during all these time slots (except healthy 0), this can happen -
but if leronlimab is introduced before (or instead of the carpet bombing) chemo, leronlimab opens the door wide open for the natural immune system to have a much better chance of attacking the cancer?
- also is it safe to assume the the PD-1/PD-L1 axis would be FIRST to develop and then mutate into TIM-3, LAG-3, or TIGIT pathways later because is has to? or can they equally develop at the same time and/ or instead of each other?
and then maybe a shot or two of super safe leronlimab in slots 0-3 ( ill call it cancer PrEP because im not going to use the nasty V word shhhh) could eliminate and clear early cancer and prevent a cancer diagnosis? as during slots 2 and 3 leronlimab is doing effective work?
