ctDNA IS data. It's known data. It's not just hope. Carder is mischaracterizing it. There would be no reason to measure it if it told us nothing. ctDNA strongly correlates with tumor shrinkage. The NIH says it is "one of the most accurate, real-time indicators that a tumor is shrinking."
Meanwhile, he/she suggests that success in the CRC trial would only come with an ORR of 20% or more.
