Specifically, on Page 8 of the company's OTC Markets disclosures, the section for investor communication is marked as follows:
- X (Twitter): N/A
- Discord: N/A
- LinkedIn: N/A
- Facebook: N/A
In OTC Markets Pink Basic Disclosure Guidelines, companies are strictly required to list all active social media channels used by the issuer or its executives to communicate with the public.
It proves the company is hiding its primary promotional channel from OTC compliance auditors. This creates a direct contradiction between the executive's signed compliance certifications and his active online promotional activities, presenting a severe risk of material misrepresentation to retail investors.
1. "Developing the new younger leadership everyday and He is near ready. Lamont Ellis have proven what is needed 24x7 with my consultation."
This completely destroys any attempt by UNVC to claim a corporate separation between Univec and the regulatory troubles at T.I.M.E. Organization.
By bragging that Ellis operates "24x7 with my consultation," Dalton explicitly tells the market that he is deeply intertwined with Ellis's daily business operations. If Ellis's primary daily business (the non-profit) was acting as a vehicle for the accounting red flags that triggered the Inspector General referral, Dalton has publicly tied his own "consultation" directly to that operational timeline.
2. "Wealth creation- colorless / No coverup. Leadership from lifelong efforts for all. Get SERIOUS. This about you Janitors, Hourly workers, wealthy, millionaires, billionaires ."
This is the most dangerous quote for them. By explicitly targeting "Janitors, Hourly workers," he is deliberately soliciting vulnerable, non-accredited, retail investors.
Regulatory agencies like the SEC have a mandate to protect ordinary retail investors who cannot afford to lose their savings. When an executive specifically calls out working-class people on social media to buy into a micro-cap stock ($0.0019) while actively omitting that the "near ready" future leader is facing a local integrity probe, it shifts the case from a standard corporate dispute into potential predatory retail solicitation.
The phrase "No coverup" is a classic example of ironic consciousness. Proclaiming "no coverup" on LinkedIn while simultaneously leaving out active, material regulatory threats in official OTC disclosures provides a prosecutor with excellent evidence of consciousness of guilt.
3. "GREEN the color of money. Make it your focus move on it."
Telling the public to "move on it" while calling it the "color of money" is direct investment solicitation. He isn't just giving a corporate update; he is actively encouraging people to buy the stock based on the premise of the Ellis/telehealth expansion narrative.
[ Dalton's Hype (6-10 Mos Ago) ] --- Calls out working class to "move on it."
Ties UNVC's future to Lamont Ellis "24x7."
[ The Omission (May 2026) ] -> UNVC files reports claiming "No Affiliates."
Total silence on the MD--OIG probe into Lamont/T.i.m.e Org.
My personal analysis based on public OTC filings and verified social media history. Not financial advice.
