Wow, $22,885 in revenues 'transacting business' on Artificial Intelligence and Mergers, not very impressive. IMO that is some methadone sales to Johns Hopkins just to keep Univec a "Legal Shell" company. Dr. Dalton files quarterly reports on time, that is all he is required to do and all that he can do. I will say it again, Univec is a public company and Dr. Dalton's companies are privately held. The SEC REALLY frowns on mixing the two up in the same sentence. And before someone says not true, private companies are discussed on CNBC Business Channel frequently, please don't go there because that just shows your ignorance. If anyone thinks there is anything more than $22,885 worth of business going on INSIDE of Univec, I can guarantee you there is not, where is the revenue? EVERYTHING is happening within his private companies or maybe even some one else's private company, but nothing within Univec. When it finally happens, we will get to see all he has built over the years. I have been all in on this for over 8 years, and I am not the least concerned if it will happen, just when will it happen. (IMHO it will be big). I am one that thinks we are pretty close but have thought that before, lol.
I don't think the SEC is concerned about an OTC company with $22,885 in revenue and a CEO that has NEVER taken a salary out of the company or sold any shares. All he has taken is stock and I was very, very, VERY happy to see that happen, for obvious reasons.
It is as simple as this, we own a public, legal shell company with a CEO that has private businesses. There is NO transparency ALLOWED. IMO, a number of shareholders need to accept that fact and it will lower their stress, lol.
This board needs to move on to discussions that are more relevant, like the company "113" that Postal Lady actually found. Interesting, there was very little discussion on that company, I found it extremely interesting and very insightful. Thank you Postal Lady for posting that information. (huge to me)
Yes, I am frustrated also but I understand the rules and I am sure that Dr. Dalton has not been sitting on his hands over these years.
