yeah, he kept his promise to accumulate as TD waterhouse allows, to get his 30 M shares, but TD waterhouse now regret to fill his orders now, even he pays 4% of the total value as transaction fee for each transaction...., geez....

pizza boss told me he got 26.5 M shares now.... he says thanks to all the cheapies he got filled these days...., he wants to omit one zero out of his buying price and sell back to shorties to cover later..., he tried to get some 8 M shares at aroud 0.0035- 0.004, TD waterhouse told him no more shares sell to him anymore....
And TD Waterhouse told him that he could sell the shares anytime he wants--and TDA can accept after market orders-- no problem, but my pizza boss friend just says to them a big NO................, hahahaha...,
