The thing about AI is that it will give you answers that are more likely to agree with your question. Its purpose is to drive engagement and increase revenue. If the AI's firewalls are lax if you ask it about the best way to commit suicide it will tell you and maybe even encourage you. In this case, of course a BTD application can be submitted at any time. Proof of universality across cancers would be needed. I am very doubtful the BTD would be approved as cancer agnostic without proof from many differing cancer trials. Of course with this kooky FDA you never know when the higher ups will overrule the underlings. I wouldn't be surprised if they approved laetrile.
