Hoffman has his work cut out for him--joint ventures by indication, getting the FDA to sign off on any ICI, CVRs, biobucks?
He'll have to get creative and play some real hardball to deal with the wolves of Wall Street and an entitled, me-first Pharma.
I'm convinced leronlimab is going to be a revolutionary therapeutic. In the history books, I bet the practice of medicine will be divided into a pre-leronlimab world, and a post-leronlimab one. Like penicillin for bacterial infections. I'm glad to be alive in the post-LL world... with a tiny piece of it.
But moving fast and breaking things--how in any rational world does that have a place in healthcare?
I suspect things are going to get real interesting around here... and pretty soon.
