Quote:Really pleased to share this; I recently had the opportunity to present at AACR 2026, upon induction into the National Academy, and this video walks through the science behind CCR5 inhibition with leronlimab in metastatic triple-negative breast cancer and other solid tumors.
The core question we've been focused on is whether targeting CCR5 can help convert immunologically "cold" tumours into "hot" ones, and what that means for patients who haven't responded to checkpoint inhibitors. We're seeing some genuinely encouraging long-term survival signals in a heavily pretreated mTNBC population, alongside translational data on PD-L1 induction and immune biomarkers that I think open up important questions for combination trial design.

It realligns differently here once you place something in quotes but anyway, I've only added the comment by Dr. Max Lataillade since we're all familiar with him... but there are other positive comments on LinkedIn.
