Nice update for all UNVC shareholders

1 more confirmation: The Registered Agent (Harvard Business Services) has officially served our notice to Univec. We have confirmation that the documents are in management's hands. The 10-business-day countdown has legally begun as of today, Wednesday, May 6th. I have the receipt.

We have provided management with a 10-business-day window to provide a professional response regarding the path to removing the 'Shell Risk' status and restoring verified transparency.

We’ve heard the theories about "Door Number 3" for years. We’ve been told to "watch the LinkedIn" and "trust the vision." We have now provided the key to that door. If management refuses to turn it within this window, shareholders are left to draw their own conclusions as to why.

For the company to succeed, the reporting must be fixed. Refusal suggests the "private company" talk may simply be a way to keep shareholders quiet while the clock runs out.

I reached out to the company's attorney, Donald Keer, 22 days ago seeking clarity on the Maryland branch forfeiture and the missing judgments in filings. His response was to deflect, telling me I needed to "contact the company directly." I gave management over three weeks to address that referral; they chose silence.

After 24.5 years at the helm, Dr. Dalton knows exactly what is required for corporate compliance. We aren't asking for the impossible; we are asking for the standard transparency a company of this tenure should have. This 10-day clock isn't an attack—it's an invitation to finally match the reporting to the rhetoric.

"I'm holding for the same success you are. That success requires verified reporting."
