KRTL Holding Group, Inc. Announces Formation of KRTL MedHealth Corp., a Healthcare Operations and Provider Support Company

KRTL Holding Group, Inc. (“KRTL Holding” or the “Company”) announced today the formation of its wholly owned subsidiary, KRTL MedHealth Corp. (“KRTL MedHealth” or “MedHealth”), a healthcare-focused company designed to support independent providers through revenue optimization, credentialing infrastructure, and affiliated medical group development. KRTL MedHealth is intended to address common operational challenges in healthcare, including credentialing delays, fragmented billing processes, and limited visibility into financial performance.
KRTL MedHealth is being developed as both an operational platform and a medical group support model. As part of this structure, the Company intends to enter into arrangements with licensed physicians who may provide administrative oversight, or consulting services, subject to applicable agreements, credentialing, and regulatory requirements. These services are designed to support provider operations while maintaining the independence of clinical decision-making. The Company noted that initial physician onboarding is underway, with two affiliated physicians currently in the credentialing process who are expected to support both medical director services and consulting activities, subject to completion of applicable requirements.
The Company stated that KRTL MedHealth will operate through a structured consulting and implementation model supported by its internally developed MedHealth OS, a platform designed to track credentialing, manage workflows, and monitor revenue performance. Services may include revenue cycle optimization, payer enrollment support, centralized business office functions, SOP development, and performance reporting.
KRTL MedHealth expects to generate revenue through consulting and implementation fees, administrative service agreements, and other commercially reasonable service arrangements, in each case subject to applicable healthcare regulatory requirements.
