So, CEO Kelly got an extension b/c she feels the need to consult counsel in ref to a current NDA and how to handle material events (plural, more than one) already transpired.  I can think of two: a partnership and/or alliance w/ Haleon making use of a combination of Actipatch and their highly effective (and popular, #1 w/ 30% market share worldwide) Voltaren. The other material event is a manufacturing contract.

What is happening right now in west asia (middle east) is extremely dangerous. It could become 'hot' on a moments notice and spread like a wildfire. Too many fingers on too many triggers is always a bad situation. Taiwan is a considerable distance from the middle east. In geo-political strategic terms it is next door. This is where the Actipatch is being manufactured and this is a situation that needs to change ASAP. To do this takes time, effort, and forward thinking.

The Electrome 'cat' is out of the bag. I am convinced Haleon is next. Technical progress is all well & good but if product supply is a great distance away from the physical market or in a potential war zone, then you have a problem. Discussions w/ Electrome took place long before the announcement and the same is happening w/ Haleon (my presumption). Production is a major concern w/ Electrome and if Haleon (European market) is up next, production must be reliable and ubiquitous; i.e. - must be readily available over the entire world which brings me to the other material event.

Biel, and Electrome, probably Haleon, have agreed upon a world-wide manufacturer of product. The negotiations for this have been ongoing for years probably so it is not tied exclusively to the middle east madness. Although, anybody w/ a reasonable level of critical thinking skills saw this inevitable situation brewing for decades. The point is we have to carry on in the face of mono-maniacal belligerents playing chicken w/ high tech weaponry capable of widespread devastation. Meaning we transform manufacturing to a world-wide provider that can meet the demands of both Electrome and Haleon.

** current re-design was long overdue. It's complete crap. Sans serif fonts and fifty shades of gray pastels is not design improvement it's a lack of imagination and creativity. Who did this abomination some fly-by-night Calcutta boneheads ?? I sure hope you didn't pay actual money for this !! You want more participants? Try giving them a good reason to come. And this ain't it. Sloppy work.
