MIGHTY MARAVIROC!  lol, wow folks, what's going on here?  Look at this statement... crazy right?

"despite those lesser inhibitors with much lower RO flopping
(i said its a lesser inhibitor... as in lesser than leronlimab?  what else could you interpret?)
(i said it flopped... meaning it failed.  meaning its a bad drug.  everyone on earth knows that already right?)

"maraviroc still managed to prime the patients for unexpectedly improved outcomes from salvage therapies following the keytruda combo trial."
(that sentence seems to unmistakably say that maraviroc primed the TME for OTHER therapies... that were administered FOLLOWING the key / mara trial)
but lemme try again, for those who don;t get what occurred...

*** keyturda and maraviroc were an mss trial combo.  that trial was garbage.  it didn;t work.  however, AFTER THAT TRIAL CONCLUDED... those same patients started back on OTHER therapies...  and their real life outcomes on those other therapies - chemo mainly - were BETTER THAN HISTORICAL OUTCOMES, significantly.  and so, in the journal article(s) regarding the failed key / mara trial, they surmised that maraviroc had a holdover priming effect.  while it didn't do enough to help keytruda, it seemed to perhaps help improve the efficacy of the next round of chemo treatments. ***

i provided the source for that, and quotes from the source.

"while maraviroc's molecular design wasn't strong enough to induce meaningful tumor shrinkage, it nonetheless seemed to have a priming effect."
(that's simply my conclusion for the above)

i want you to know that stating that another ccr5 inhibitor did something positive is not an attack on your life.  its an affirmation that even a BAD ccr5 inhibitor did something.  so then i kinda thought you could make the logical next step... what might a better ccr5 inhibitor, with a superior, yielding higher R0, not to mention much being safer, do in similar conditions?

i got dragged through the coals for this?
let's talk about something else
