Quote:July 14th will be the 12-week mark for the 60th patient
YES YES! but i keep saying 12 weeks. that's a best case estimate. they havent told us what the scan schedule looks like, which is totally normal, but its common to wait 2 cycles, and then follow up 4 or more weeks later. they could be doing 8 and 8. that is common. its weird because the confirmatory scan for SD has to be 6+ weeks after the first, but for a PR / CR its 4+ weeks after the first. so there are a bunch of combinations possible and it might not be the same for each patient.
i didn;t expect people to latch onto my "12 weeks" rants, but really its "at least 12 weeks". lol, but if not 12, then by 16 weeks its a sure thing! mostly...
there can also be dosing delays due to side effects or co-morbidities or disease complications or other reasons that push scan dates out for some patients. but generally speaking the safe bet is 16 weeks for almost all the patients and 16 weeks after the last one enrolled for the full dataset to emerge.
conservatively speaking i start thinking "ok where the heck is that data update" around the end of august.
