* This retrospective study included a main study cohort of archival formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded specimens of primary invasive breast cancer from Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Philadelphia, PA, and an independent validation cohort from the Clinical Breast Care Program (CBCP) at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, Bethesda, MD.
